What information do I collect?

I collect information from you when you subscribe to my newsletter or fill out a form.

When filling out a form or subscribing to my newsletter, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address or phone number. You may, however, visit my site anonymously.

What do I use your information for?

Do I disclose any information to outside parties?

I do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist me in operating my website, conducting my business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. I may also release your information when I believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce my site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

Data Retention

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.

Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer and I only use services which are Privacy Shield certified.

In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
• Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

Because I value your privacy I have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. I therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

I are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), I do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. my website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
